Gemini Collective – Terms of Service for Digital Photo Collections (Pixieset)

By accessing or downloading any content from your Pixieset gallery delivered by Gemini Collective, you agree to the following terms:

📌 Usage Rights

All images are licensed for personal or commercial use based on your agreed-upon package or contract. Unless otherwise specified in writing, images may be used for:

• Social media and marketing

• Website and promotional materials

• Print collateral (flyers, posters, business cards)

📣 You may not resell, alter, or distribute the images for third-party commercial use or profit without written permission from Gemini Collective.

🖼️ Copyright

All images remain the intellectual property of Gemini Collective (Christopher Rodriguez). Usage rights are granted, not ownership.

📥 Downloads & Delivery

• Final high-resolution images will be delivered via a secure Pixieset gallery.

• Galleries are available for download for 30 days from delivery unless otherwise extended.

• Backups are not guaranteed after that period unless a storage add-on was purchased.

🛠️ Editing & Alteration

• You may crop or resize for platform compatibility, but please do not apply filters or significant edits that alter the integrity of the work.

• For branded edits or requests, contact us directly—we’re happy to help maintain consistency.

While not mandatory, crediting @roddieshotit on social media is always appreciated and helps support creative partnerships.

Any unauthorized reproduction, resale, or redistribution of the images is a breach of the license agreement and may result in legal action.
